Welcome! Your credit union makes it easy to control exactly how you want It’s Me 247  banking to work for you…by setting up your own online credit union branch called PIB! And you call the shots on how–and when–you want to access your branch!

PIB Personal Internet Branch

PIB stands for Personal Internet Branch. Personal. Unique to you. Special. Like no one else.

PIB is a set of security controls that define exactly how It’s Me 247 will behave for you. To put it another way, it is your way of telling It’s Me 247: “This is who I am and how I like to do things. If someone tries to access my accounts and they behave outside of those rules, it should raise a red flag to It’s Me 247: it’s probably not me!”

Some security controls you can setup are:

  • What days of the week and times of the day do you want your branch to be open for business?
  • Which PC’s should be able to access your online branch?
  • What types of transactions can be performed?
  • Are there certain types of transactions that should ask for a second, confirmation code?
  • Should transfers or other transactions be limited to a certain maximum dollar amount?

Operating Instructions

  1. Call the credit union toll-free number: 1-800-860-5704
  2. Enter the access code: 057
  3. Enter your account number: ( Example: 1234# )
  4. Enter your personal identification number (PIN): ( Example: 5678# ) – If you do not have a personal identification number (PIN), please contact the credit union to get your number.
  5. Listen to the automated operator for your options: You are able to get balances, activity on all your accounts, share, CD and loan rates, and you can also perform transfers.

Our Online Bill Pay and bill presentment will help you save time and effort. It’s the most flexible way to receive, pay, and organize your bills online when its most convenient for you.

Easy Enrollment

Simply log onto It’s Me 247 on the homepage of our website. Log on, using your member number and pin, then click on the “Pay Bills” icon directly under the heading, “My Accounts.”

The rest is EASY! Step-by-step point and click instructions will guide you through enrollment and set up.

Gain Financial Control

Our Online Bill Pay feature can help you maintain better control of your finances with a bill management feature that enables you to download transaction data directly into personal financial software such as Quicken. No more time spent updating your bill payment records. And with our Online Bill Pay Payment History, you have access detailed and organized payment information. No more wondering when or how much you paid. Online Bill Pay is the easiest way to save time and manage your bills.

Mobile Text Banking

You will appreciate the convenience of It’s Me 247 Mobile Text Banking. Enrolled members can text message requests and receive text message replies on the available balance on accounts of enrolled memberships at any time.
They also can also select to have their e-Alerts, such as balance alerts, sent to their mobile devices in the form of a text message, giving them timely feedback when their available funds drop below a desired level.

With Text Banking You Can…

  • Send a text message command to receive text message replies regarding the balance of your eligible accounts.
  • Enroll in e-Alerts and receive notices regarding account balances, deposits, withdrawals, or when a payment is due.

Text Banking Commands

The following are Text Banking command examples and their responses. You can also access a list of these commands via a link in online banking during the Text Banking enrollment process.  These commands can be sent to IM247 (46247).

BAL    Balance for all eligible accounts
BAL BIZ    Balance for up to three savings or checking accounts
BAL 010    Balance for a specific account
BAL BIZ 010    Balance for a specific membership and account combination
STOP    Turns off all text banking
STOP BIZ    Turns off text banking for a specific account
HELP    The customer service number

One-Way Text Alerts

You can set up one-way Text alerts via the e-Alert Subscriptions page, and create alerts similar to your standard e-Alerts:

  • Account Balance
  • Notification of an ACH Deposit or Withdrawal
  • Notification that a Loan Payment is due
  • E-Notice notification

How to Get Started?

Contact the credit union to enable It’s Me 247 Text Banking.  Once turned on members can enroll in Text Banking by clicking on the “Go Mobile” button on the It’s Me 247 toolbar. Then select Text Banking Home to access the enrollment screens.  After enrollment, text commands to IM247 (46247).
